Who We Are
Pamela Lewis is a chef by trade working in New York City hotels & restaurants before joining Procter & Gamble for 20 years. Over 8 of those years were spent as a project manager specializing in new facility start-ups around the world (San Jose CR, Singapore, Guangzhou China, Brussels Belgium). She lived and worked in San Jose, opening up P&G’s new facility in Forum in 2000 - 2001. This included hiring and training the onsite Costa Rican work team, establishing corporate processes, liaison with construction & developer teams, delivering new office space to 3000 P&G employees and most importantly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Pamela also held responsibility for managing 25 P&G sales offices around the US as a Facility Manager. She later joined Tyson Foods in Arkansas as a Marketing Manager responsible for providing & executing customer focused marketing plans designed to drive sales for Tyson’s foodservice division. Pamela lives and owns property in Costa Rica; she is on the Board of Palo Alto and the Co-leader of the Hermosa Security Task Force Team.

Jeffry Perez has worked as a Tourism Administrator in several notable 4 & 5 star hotels in Costa Rica (La Paz Waterfall Gardens, Lost Iguana Resort and Grand Papagayo Hotel) as a Customer Service Manager for the last 5 years. He has created and implemented customer service training programs designed to focus on quality of service and overall customer satisfaction. At all the resorts, he worked to increase service to premium levels, setting new and improved service standards for client satisfaction. Jeffry lives in Sardinal and is very active in community charity events to improve the quality of life & the environment within his local neighborhood.
